Keeley Construction was founded in 1976 as a family-owned paving company. Over four decades and 1,000+ employees later, Keeley's founding principles remain the same. After only three months, the organization doubled their application rate.

To further support Keeley’s application process, Largely added a more candidate-friendly application experience by introducing a native “Quick Apply“ process.
