We do not sell your data to third parties outside of our platform.

What is Largely?

A humanized job matchmaking platform focused on improving the job search experience.

Largely humanizes the hiring process by combining the traditional resume with personal videos, highlighting human traits that a resume can never provide: their personality, energy, and uniqueness.

For employers, Largely makes it easy to engage with job seekers by showcasing their most valuable asset: Their team.  Employers can invite their team to post authentic and simple videos to tell stories about their company culture, values, and more.

When is the event?

UNMET Jobs Arizona 2021 will take place March 15th-April 15th.

Job Seekers

How do I register?

On the UNMET Jobs homepage, click the “Job Seekers” button to go to the registration form. Once you submit the form, you’ll be sent to the Largely platform to fill out your profile.

Is it free?

Yes, the registration for this event is free for job seekers.

How do I apply for jobs?

Through Largely, you can browse through thousands of job postings and filter them to your specific needs.

How long does it usually take?

No more than 20 minutes! Once your profile is finished and the event is live, employers and recruiters will be able to view your profile immediately.

How do I get invited to private webinars?

Once employers view your video introduction and profile, they will be able to invite you to private webinars they’re hosting.

How is this different from other job fairs?

UNMET Jobs is improving the job fair experience through its virtual platform, Largely. In this platform, job seekers can showcase themselves through a self-recorded video and by answering questionnaires. This allows for compatibility to be at the forefront of the hiring process, as well as humanizing the experience for both parties. Recruiters will see you as a unique individual, rather than another resume or boring cover letter.

Do I have to submit a video?

Yes, all job seekers are required to submit a self-recorded video to add to their profile. The composition of this video is at your discretion, just make sure to highlight your skillset, showcase your work, and what you’re looking for. For example, artists can show a glimpse of their portfolio, web developers can showcase websites they’ve built, and architects can show their designs. Tip: Just be yourself!

Does the platform support landscape videos?

Yes, while it does support landscape-oriented videos, it is best to use portrait-oriented videos for better user experience. We find that users often prefer a portrait experience because it feels more personal, emulating a “Facetime” experience.

My video is in Google Drive and I can’t access that through the upload screen, what should I do (iOS only)?

You will need to download the video to your local device by following the instructions below:

1. Open the Google Drive app 

2. Next to the video you want to download, tap the more icon 

3. Tap “Send a copy” 

4. Tap “Save Video”

Have any tips for recording the video intro?

Dress nicely- Business professional is recommended, but business casual is the minimum.

Breathe- Take your time speaking and make sure to breathe to come off cool and confident.

Plan- Unless you’re a pro improviser, making an outline of points you want to cover can help keep you on track.

Get rid of distractions- Ensure there’s no distracting background noise- give your pet a treat, bribe your roommate to be quiet, whatever it takes! Furthermore, choose a background that is not distracting (i.e. a plain wall)

Center yourself- Ensure you’re centered in the video and that you can clearly see your face (find the best lighting!). It’s best to use your phone camera and have it propped up in front of you at eye level.

Keep eye contact- Try to keep eye contact with the camera, even if it means placing your outline/script right next to it when you need a reminder.

How do I access the engagement analytics information of my application?

Through the dashboard, click on “My Account” to view your engagement statistics.

How long does it take to submit a profile?

Video pitches are under 60 seconds, and your profile should take no longer than 20 minutes to create. Once you submit your profile, the Largely team will review and publish it within 24 hours.

Can I create multiple profiles for different employers?

Yes, you may create different profiles for applications to different employers.

How do I search for job listings?

On the Largely platform, you can find job postings through the Open Jobs tab and filter according to Location, Employment Type, Experience Required, Skills and Travel.

Can I resubmit a video once the conference starts?

Yes, you may re-record and resubmit your video as many times as you want.

How do I register?

On the UNMET Jobs homepage, click the “Employer” button to go to the registration form. Once you register, you will be sent an email with more information on how to build your company profile.

Is it free?

Yes, it is free to register for the event. Companies do have the option to sponsor the event, however. For more information on sponsorship opportunities, check out our Sponsorship page.

How do I find job seekers?

Job seekers will upload video introductions and answer a questionnaire, together acting as a virtual resume. You will be able to filter and browse through these based on which jobs you are looking to fill. Subsequently, you will be able to contact job seekers directly through the platform to set up virtual interviews and invite them to webinars or info sessions.

What kind of jobs can I post?

While we are mainly targeting students and recent graduates, our platform is open to anyone. This includes internships, entry level and mid/senior level positions. Therefore, you are welcome to post any of your current job openings through Largely.

How many jobs can I post?

You can post an unlimited number of job openings.

I am interested in a job seeker, how do I set up an interview?

Go to their user profile and send them an invite to apply for job openings within company. Once they’ve applied, you can set up a virtual interview with them externally.

Guidelines for a company video introduction?

Talk about why you love your company! What would you talk to your friends about? Brag!
